Vertical Band Sealing machine is widely used for packaging food equipment Like nankeen; cashew; chips etc. medicinal products, chemical items, products of daily use and vegetable seed, etc. can adjust the time required for sealing of one pouch. Set the temperature high if the pouch is thick and as 'low' if the pouch is thin in nature. Hence, the setting of the temperature depends upon the thickness and thinness of the pouch. After then place the packaging material on the band sealer conveyor, it will automatically move forward and thus seal the pouch. Band sealer seals the pouch covering the width of 6-12 mm. The FRB-770 Series of Vertical Band Sealer Allow for continuous uninterrupted sealing of bags in both horizontal & vertical positions. Each machine is equipped with electronic contact temperature sensor which maintain the required sealing temperature for the bag being sealed as well as variable conveyor belt speed control .
